convergence

I returned to my first adult home of Wisconsin for the 2016 Handweavers Guild of America's Convergence conference in August.  My workshop was fantastic - Rep Weave with Lucienne Coifman.  I came home inspired to weave rep, and my first project was this set of placemats for - moi!

Now I'm even more motivated to set up my new-to-me Glimakra countermarche loom.  While my Schacht jack loom worked for these beautiful placemats, the shed was pretty sticky.  The countermarche should solve that problem.  All I need is ... courage!
